Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because our fragrances are decanted oils, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used bottles for hygiene reasons.
